Punctual, polite and professional is the way I would describe the service provided by Floorcraft. My kitchen floor looks brilliant, we are very happy with it, we were advised by the in store staff and were able to take home a sample of the tiles before making our decision.We were very impressed by all aspects from the time of sale to the fitting. Because we both work we had to leave them to it and when I returned home there was my new floor fitted to perfection with no mess what soever!!!Not only had they cleared up swept and wiped the floor but washed the mugs they had a drink in. !!!!!! When choosing our carpet the service in the shop was very good we were able to bring home a sample which was very useful. Booking the fitting was prompt and you were able to accommodate the day we wanted.  My husband was at home for the fitting which he said was excellent and the fitter was very efficient, he even hovered the new carpet.  We would have no hesitation in using your company again or recommending you to others. With reference to the recent installation of Colonia Tiles in our kitchen. We were both completely satisfied with all aspects of the work carried out. I am very happy to recommend wholeheartedly the standards of professionalism and quality of work provided by Clint and his team.  We have had 2 major flooring jobs completed by Floorcraft and have been delighted by the finish and the expertise of the fitting.Very recently, September 2006, we have had our hall and cloakroom fitted with Camaro wood textured flooring and our stairs and landing fully carpeted.  We were so confident in the fitters that we were happy to be away on holiday while the job was completed.
